Susan Seeloff is a new instructor at Rita Ranch Kumon. After successfully completing the intensive Kumon Instructor Training program for both Math and Reading, she took over control of the center early this summer. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and her work experience includes banking, financial analysis and business sales. A strong supporter of education and an active volunteer in her children's schools, Susan realized that her real passion was working with children. This, combined with a belief that the Kumon method of learning is the best way to allow each individual student to reach his or her full potential, prompted a direction change and the purchase of the Rita Ranch Kumon Center. She is delighted with her new career and has a strong commitment to helping her students succeed. Susan has four children enrolled in Kumon Math and Reading Programs, and is extremely pleased with the progress they're making. She would love to talk to you about her firsthand experience!
